Students enrolled in the Culinary Arts program are taught to prepare meals fit for restaurants. Throughout the year, students ready themselves for careers as chefs by making, under the supervision of the teacher and the paraprofessional, a soup, entrée, side dish, salad and dessert with tea, for different faculty meetings. They also prepare luncheons for Faculty and staff members who line up to enjoy the full course meals, which are offered at the bargain price of $6.00.
